Deposit a Check in 3 Easy Steps
Open and Choose Your Deposit
Open the Frontwave app and log in. From the dashboard, tap Deposit Check, then choose the account where the check should go.
Take Photos of Your Check
Tap Check Front to open the camera. Align the check in the frame and snap the photo. Tap Done if clear or retake if needed.
Flip the check and endorse the back with your signature and For mobile deposit only. Then tap Check Back, snap the photo and tap Done.
Confirm and Submit
Review the deposit details. To add another check, tap Add Item. When finished, tap OK to submit and return to the dashboard.
A Few Things to Know
Endorse Your Check
Sign the back and write For mobile deposit only before taking photos.
Take Clear Photos
Place the check on a dark, flat surface. Make sure all four corners are visible. Use good lighting and avoid shadows.
Keep Your Check
Hold onto the paper check until the deposit clears. Once confirmed, securely destroy it.
Funds Availability
Deposits are subject to verification and may not be available immediately. You’ll see the deposit in your account activity once processed.
