³ Credit Tools: Credit score is a VantageScore® 3.0 based on data from a single credit bureau. Semiannual credit reports are provided through TransUnion. Please refer to the actual Guide to Benefit for complete details. Credit planning tools and simulators are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee credit approval or changes in credit scores. Other lenders may use different scoring models to evaluate creditworthiness.

⁴ Elite Checking has a $6 monthly service fee. Elite Plus Checking has a $12 monthly service fee. Fees may be waived with a qualifying average daily balance. A $2 paper statement fee applies to certain checking accounts unless eStatements are selected. Elite and Elite Plus Checking waive this fee. Out-of-network ATM fees charged by the ATM owner or network may still apply. See the Fee Schedule for complete details.

⁵ Telehealth & Wellness: Telehealth services are available to the primary account holder for Elite Checking. For Elite Plus Checking, coverage extends to the account holder, spouse/domestic partner and eligible dependent children. Please refer to the actual Guide to Benefit for complete details. Telehealth and health discounts are not insurance.

⁶ Overdraft Protection (Courtesy Pay): Overdrafts can happen with checks, ACH, ATM withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, debit card purchases, and other electronic payments. No fee is charged if your account is overdrawn by less than $20. A $14 fee will be charged each time the account is overdrawn by more than $20 (a limit of 5 fees per day). Payment of overdrafts is at the discretion of Frontwave Credit Union and not guaranteed. Declined items may also incur standard NSF fees. Overdraft services may be terminated if not repaid within 30 days. Other terms apply.
