Middle Income Down Payment Assistance Program.

Down payment and closing costs stop a lot of buyers before they even start. This program was built to change that. Qualified first-time homebuyers can receive up to $50,000 to reduce what they need to bring to the table. It’s designed for middle-income households who may earn too much for traditional assistance but still need support to make the numbers work.

2026 Program Update
The initial 2026 funding round has reached capacity and is no longer accepting new requests. A second round with additional funding is expected to open later this year. Contact us to stay informed and be ready when it reopens.
