Q4 2025: Notes from the CEO: Growth, Gratitude, and What’s Next

As the year winds down and the holidays draw near, it’s natural to look back while also looking ahead. For me, this season brings a deep sense of gratitude for family, community, and the privilege of serving as your CEO.

When I think back to when I first joined Frontwave, I remember being struck by the power of people coming together to build something bigger than themselves. That focus—helping Members thrive—hasn’t changed. What has changed is our reach and the tools we now have to serve you better.

This fall, we introduced Elite and Elite Plus Checking to give you more protection and value. Be sure to check out all of the benefits that will help you protect your money, identity, health, and more, like ID Theft Protection, Cell Phone Protection, Credit Monitoring, and more. We simplified online loan applications and account openings to save time and reduce stress. And on October 1, we’ll officially welcome Community Valley Bank into the Frontwave family, expanding our ability to serve more Members and communities.

For CVB customers, things will stay the same for now. Over the next year, our teams will work to integrate systems and services with one goal in mind: delivering the very best of Frontwave while keeping the transition seamless.

These steps aren’t just milestones for us. They’re investments for you, designed to make banking simpler, safer, and more rewarding so you can focus on what matters most this season—time with loved ones and peace of mind for the year ahead.

Looking back shows how far we’ve come. Looking ahead, I see even more opportunities to help you dream big and achieve more. And through it all, one thing remains constant: we’re here to walk beside you, step by step.
