Notes from the CEO: What’s New (and Next) at Frontwave

We're halfway through the year, and a lot has been happening behind the scenes to build a better banking experience for you.

In the first half of 2025, we laid important groundwork, including the launch of secure chat on our website, which makes it easier to get support in real-time.

Need help? From a browser, just click the red speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner to start a secure chat. Using the mobile app? Tap “Support” and select “Chat Now.” You can ask about your account, loans, digital banking, or anything else. Our team is just a message away.

That alone was a big step forward in how we serve you. But it’s only the beginning. In the months ahead, we’ll be rolling out several upgrades designed to bring more value, speed, and convenience to your everyday banking. That includes:

  • A faster, simpler way to open an account, apply for consumer loans, and add new accounts. 
  • A full business banking suite with digital tools to manage loans, deposits, payments, and transfers. Plus, new features are on the way, including ACH origination and Positive Pay. 
  • A new online Bill Pay experience that is mobile-friendly, making it easier to manage and pay your bills. 
  • Two new checking account options—Elite Checking and Elite Plus Checking—bringing built-in protections, new perks, and smarter tools to help you get more out of your money. 
  • Bringing Zelle to digital banking so you can send and receive money fast right from Online Banking and our Mobile App.

All of this is part of our long-term vision: to make banking with Frontwave not just easier, but more rewarding at every step. We're not here to change things for the sake of it. We're here to make sure every improvement we launch reflects what matters to you.
