What to Bring

Here's a handy list of items you'll want to have ready to go for your appointment. If you're meeting with us by phone, please have a device available to access your email and use our eSign option. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to give us a buzz at 800.736.4500.

Apply for a new mortgage loan with confidence.

Please have the following documents ready: 

  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license or passport 
  • Proof of current address (if different from the address on your identification) 
  • Copy of VISA, work authorization, or other permanent or non-permanent residency documentation 

Verification of all income (as applicable): 

  • Two pay stubs for the most recent 30-day period 
  • Last two years W2’s and/or 1099’s 
  • Self-employed applicants: two years of tax returns (All Schedules) 
  • Military applicants: most recent Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) 
  • Social Security Award Letter (if applicable) 
  • Retirement Benefit/Pension award letter (if applicable)

Additional documentation: 

  • Statement of assets, such as recent bank statements 

Apply to refinance your current mortgage or open a Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). 

Please have the following documents ready: 

  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license or passport 
  • Proof of current address (if different from the address on your identification) 
  • Copy of VISA, work authorization, or other permanent or non-permanent residency documentation

Apply for a New or Used Auto, Motorcycle, or Recreational Vehicle Loan with ease. 

Please have the following documents and information ready: 

  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license or passport
  • Proof of current address (if different from the address on your ID)
  • Proof of income, including your two most recent pay stubs showing year-to-date income
  • Vehicle information, such as VIN, year, make, model, mileage, and title (if available)

Apply for a Personal Loan, Solar Loan, or Credit Card with confidence. 

To get started, please have the following ready: 

  • Valid, unexpired government issued photo ID 
  • Proof of current address (if different from the address on your ID) 
  • Proof of income, including your two most recent pay stubs showing year-to-date income

Open a New Membership, Savings Account, Checking Account, Money Market, IRA, Share Certificate, or Saver Certificate with ease.

To get started, please have the following ready: 

  • Valid, unexpired, government issued photo ID 
  • Social Security Number 
  • Proof of current address (if different from the address on your ID) 
  • Minimum opening deposit: 
    • $5 for Savings 
    • $15 for Checking

To open a Business Savings or Business Checking Account, please provide the required documentation based on your business type. 

Have the following available: 

  • Business EIN (Employer Identification Number) 
  • Valid, unexpired, government issued photo ID for all authorized signers 
  • Personal Social Security Number for all authorized signers
